WEEKLY EDIT

Welcoming a new team member, unboxing new store arrivals, recapping an install at two of our projects in Utah and a quick weekend away in Vegas!

HS PROJECT: UTAH INSTALLS

We recently went out to Utah to install an entire truckload of furnishings at two of our wonderful projects - one of them being my sweet friend, Sarah (The Dainty Pear), and the other, my wonderful aunt, Sherry! These projects have been such a joy to work on alongside our friends and family and it's so exciting to see them come to life through the install. Tyson was able to be on site to help guide these installs and ensure everything was perfectly styled and placed according to the original design. In the first image you’ll see our Finley settee - quite possibly the softest and most comfortable piece in the entire HS showroom - a must for anyone who loves a cozy space to read a book and relax.

HS STORE: WELCOMING A NEW TEAM MEMBER

We’re so excited to welcome a new team member to our HS family this week! We’re so grateful to be experiencing incredible growth here at HS that’s given us the opportunity to bring on another amazing team member with such talent, creativity and positivity to our hard-working team to help to better serve our clients and customers.

HS STORE: FLOOR RESET

Our team spent an entire morning sprucing up the HS Store for our Designer Lunch & Learn event and the store has an all new look! Better yet… we just received 4 large palettes full of brand new accessories for the HS Store and we can’t wait to get these pieces out on the floor and styled into our beautiful vignettes. If you’ve been waiting on new arrivals, now is your time to come by and shop!

INSPIRED BY: A WEEKEND GETAWAY

Between work and our kid’s schedules, Tyson and I are on the go 24/7 and don’t always get to spend enough time with just the two of us. Tyson has always been so sweet about planning little surprise trips for the two of us and this past weekend he surprised me with a quick 48 hour weekend getaway to Vegas where we were able to spend time with some of our close friends and go to The Chicks concert. Not to mention, Vegas is full of design inspiration and I’m always in awe of the incredible design every time we go - it never gets old! In addition to Vegas, we also made a quick stop in Salt Lake City where I was able to see my parents and twin sister, Heidi. Living in Dallas, I cherish every moment I can get with my family so even though it was quick, it was so special to spend some time with family during our getaway. It was so refreshing to step away from the craziness for the weekend, enjoy our time together and just have some time to reset.

FAVORITE THINGS: MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH

One of my favorites ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is with a pretty brunch spread surrounded by loved ones and today’s favorite things are just that! Shop these darling picks to curate a beautiful brunch spread and prepare to be the hostess with the mostess.
