We are so excited to share with you the Rockwood Kitchen. We always love designing the heart of the home for our clients. We really, truly, believe that the kitchen brings so much joy, happiness and opportunities for bonding and that is why one of our biggest priorities is to help make our client’s kitchen a beautiful, functional and elevated space. We had so much fun in this space choosing all the selections for this kitchen starting with the new construction design, as well as placing our House Sprucing furniture and accessories into this kitchen. With the new HS store open you can come touch, see, feel our House Sprucing products to see the high quality craftsmanship, and see the attention to detail that all of our pieces have.
We love the beautiful dining table with it’s mixed woods and we loved adding different texture to the table with leather seating and the perfect the beautiful plaster vases really brings in current trends. The lighting in the kitchen is so stunning and really has a great bounce off of the free-standing fireplace. The fireplace in this kitchen is dual-sided and invites a lot of romance and a hearth situation into this kitchen dining area. On the backside of the fireplace we've created a warm gathering space in the living room, where our client’s can sit and enjoy the coziness that a fireplace brings. This dual functionality makes this fireplace such an incredible detail.
Can you guess what type of countertops these are?
These are porcelain countertops! Porcelain is so durable and beautiful. It is a newer product out in the industry and we really love using it because it has great function and beauty. We love how this porcelain slab is able to get a dramatic veining, that really elevates this space and brings incredible design to this kitchen.
We love mixing painted cabinets with wood stain and making the kitchen feel layered with mixed metals. We love the beautiful barstools, all of the styling elements and the vintage runner. It all layers together to bring this space together from A to Z.
