Welcome back y’all! Today we are in our Highlands Ranch Project. With this cute little intentional powder bathroom, we’re showing you how to take something builder grade and turn it totally custom for you.

When our clients moved into this space it had a porcelain pedestal sink and some features that our client didn’t really love. She knew she wanted to shake it up after she moved in. We swapped the sink out with this powder metal washstand and added brass details throughout.

We love adding carpentry texture to walls. We had our in-team carpenter bring the walls and space to life with dark moody shiplap that is so fun because it echoes the feature wall in the dining nook.

I also love the Art Deco vibe that the pretty floor gives and there’s something about mixing black and white, and brass. It just wins every single time!

When I walk into this powder bathroom, I love how it makes me feel. It’s a really fun space for guests with a gorgeous mirror and some fun paintings around the corner.
