We are diving into our Highland Ranch Project today, and starting with the great room. Coming into this project, this room was a blank space, with no window treatments, all blank walls, and no 'wow' factor for the fireplace.

We knew we wanted to add character and warmth to the space, so we utilized our in-house carpenter to add floor-to-ceiling shiplap above the fireplace. We painted it this yummy blue shade and used it to bounce that color around the room with different accents.

This amazing chandelier draws the eye up, making the room feel even larger than it is. A great lighting fixture is like a good piece of jewelry - bringing everything together! We used two-story, cascading window treatments to add another layer of texture and warmth to the room, as well as functionality.

This client loves to gather friends and family together, so we knew that we needed plenty of seating for entertaining. When the room is finished, it ties together the modern farmhouse, and boho vibes this family loved!
