Cedarwood Primary Bathroom Reveal

Cedarwood Primary Bathroom Reveal

Design

Welcome to our latest project, where a dark and dated bathroom is transformed into a sophisticated and elegant European-inspired retreat.

When our past client and sweet friend, Hillary Wortham, came to us again with this remodel project, we were over the moon with her vision to make the space into a sanctuary full of spa vibes, European charm, and lots of texture. You can check out Hillary’s blog here and her Instagram account here.

Originally, this primary bathroom already had a lot of room and flowed nicely, but the cabinets and fixtures were dated and lacked character and depth.

Before Views

From floor to ceiling we gave this space a luxurious feel with hex terracotta floor tile, a tumbled, handmade tile backsplash, and custom paneling around the free-standing tub to add texture and interest to the room. We also love the colors and wood tones throughout the space. The lower vanity cabinets are painted in the gorgeous SW Rookwood Dark Green.

If you know us well, you know we love to mix metals to keep the eye moving throughout the space. The chrome faucets and the aged brass in the lighting and mirrors worked perfectly together in this bathroom.

Styling this space was a dream! With our House Sprucing products, we were able to add the perfect finishing touches that are both beautiful and functional.

The walk-in shower has beautiful tile variation with brass fixtures and the perfect brass Schluter, giving it a finished and polished look. We love the little window with its natural light that flows in.

We love our client, Hillary Wortham, and her personal style and how this all came to be in her beautiful home. She has such beauty and charm and we think this space reflects that for her. You can check out her beautiful blog here.

We love walking through a remodel project with our clients. Seeing the space go from before to after always gives us so much joy and we love to celebrate the space with our clients. If you have a remodel project, reach out to us today. We would love to chat with you about our services.
