Our first tiny home project down in Austin, TX with HOM, a press feature in Real Simple, new vintage rug arrivals and pool picks to kick off summer.
HS PROJECT: TINY HOME PROJECT WITH HOM
We're so excited to share an incredible project that we're working on with a special client, my amazing cousin, down in Austin - say hello to our first tiny home project with HOM! We're thrilled to be working with my cousin, HOM and their co-founders on this amazing tiny home that is the first of many that will be hitting the market soon. These tiny homes are 592 square feet, feature a full sized kitchen with full sized appliances, a lofted sleeping space with enough room for 2 queen beds, a primary bedroom with a full sized washer & dryer, a stunning bathroom and incredible 15 ft. vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows that allow all of the natural light to pour into this home. We've been blown away by the intentional architecture and incredible design details that have already been made to maximize the functionality of the space - we can't wait to get in and add some fun light fixtures, wall treatments and furnishings to these tiny spaces to transform them into homes! School is out for the summer! Our kids wrapped up their school year this past week and we can hardly believe this school year is already complete and our kindergartners will be off to first grade! It seems like just yesterday we were back to school shopping and picking out backpacks and supplies. We're always finding things to celebrate in our house so we picked up donuts, some fun decorations and celebrated our kids and their accomplishments with a little breakfast to kick off the summer. We have this fun summer calendar that we use with our kids to plan out all of their activities, family vacations and all of the other fun things that come along with our favorite season.
