The Surrey Project: Dining Room

That’s why we were so excited to bring new life to the dining room in The Surrey Project.

When we first stepped into this space, it felt dark and dated. The room had potential but needed a complete transformation to reach its full glory. Our goal? To turn it into a light, airy, welcoming space that invites you to linger and enjoy. We knew we wanted a design that felt both timeless and fresh — perfect for family gatherings and moments worth celebrating.

We started with a neutral color palette, which created the ideal backdrop for natural light to dance around the room. Neutral doesn’t mean boring, though! We spiced things up with one of our favorite statement chandeliers that added a touch of elegance and modern flair. And because we love a pop of personality, we selected artwork that brought subtle bursts of color and character without overwhelming the space.

To tie it all together, we furnished the room with our signature House Sprucing pieces — that perfect blend of beauty and comfort. From the dining table that anchors the room to the inviting chairs that make you want to sit and chat long after the meal is done, each piece was chosen with warmth and function in mind.
