We're so excited to start sharing a new project with you today. The Park Lane Project is a true dream home. From the moment that you pull up to the show-stopping façade, to when you walk into the entryway with its cascading carpentry going up the stairs, you know you've arrived somewhere special.

Our clients really wanted to combine a modern farmhouse, and a new traditional style, which is right in our lane at House Sprucing.

We love that this kitchen provided a great blank canvas to style - you know what they say, the design is in the details! We started with these unique leather barstools, which add a lot of texture and warmth to the room. I love the detail in the crisscross pattern!

When choosing accessories, we wanted to be intentional in telling the story of the home. We loved this vintage rug that really brought in farmhouse vibes, and these baskets we used to style the shelves.

We're always going to love a bright, white kitchen, but the darker color on this island really added a new level of dimension.
